Special seminar at LAM – James Dunlop (P.I. of HARMONI/ELT)

LAM will have the pleasure of welcoming James Dunlop (University of Edinburgh) and Stephen Chittick(UK Astronomy Technology Centre), respectively PI and Project Manager of HARMONI.

On this occasion, James Dunlop will give a special seminar on Wednesday 30 September at 2:00 pm in the LAM auditorium, presenting the main science cases that will be addressed with HARMONI and the scientific opportunities opened up by the instrument.

The seminar will be preceded by coffee at 1:30 pm in the LAM entrance hall. This informal gathering will be a great opportunity to discuss directly with James, in particular about the organisation of HARMONI GTO time, the science programmes currently being developed, and the involvement of the French community.

We hope to see many of you there, both for the coffee and for the seminar that follows!
